Returns, Refunds & Warranties
If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 10 days of
receipt. A refund or replacement may be arranged excluding return freight charges. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging,
freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and all returns are subject to
the individual manufacturer's restocking fee which range from 15% - 40%. Each individual manufacturer inspects the returned items and reserves the right
to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items. Custom items are never returnable.
For items that are materially defective the is no charge for returns but you must contact us and arrange for the return or credit/refund within 10 days of receipt of the product.
No items will be accepted without arranging for the return and obtaining an RMA number.
