Our 100% Damage Free Guarantee is simple, if there is any damage to your order it is replaced or your purchase is refunded at no expense to you. The following hassle free conditions apply.
- You must ship by our carrier. You can not use your own shipping company/method; our insurance only covers us. At ALL times we will use the most inexpensive carrier available.
- You must alert us to any damage or item refused within 5 business days of delivery. If you have hidden damage you must provide pictures of the damaged item(s). It is best if you are able to provide pictures of shipments you refuse but these aren't mandatory.
- You cannot file the claim. Any damage claim must be filed by us with our insurance company.
- If you elect to receive a refund in place of a no-cost replacement the refund amount will never exceed your original order amount.
